Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

Camfront LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Camfront," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the Camfront application and related services — on the web at usecamfront.com and as native applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Camfront is a hunting companion application that provides:

• Trail camera photo management and organization
• Saved hunting stands, blinds, and location markers
• Hunt forecasts ("Hunt Read," powered by Camfront Intelligence™), including AI-powered features, based on weather, historical patterns, and your logged data
• Buck tracking with pattern badges and manual "Eyes On" sightings
• Season planning tools and hunt logs

The Service is available as a web application at usecamfront.com and as native applications for iOS and Android. These Terms apply to the Service in all its forms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
• One account per person. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

4.1 Plans

Camfront offers the following tiers:

• Scout (Free): After the 7-day trial, free accounts keep maps and camera photos only. Photo cap: 200 photos per camera.
• Sanctuary (Paid): $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Includes a 7-day hunt forecast and up to 10 AI reads per day. Photo cap: 1,000 photos per camera.

We may change plan features or pricing in the future. If we change the price of your paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply at your next renewal.

4.2 Seven-Day Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Sanctuary-level features. The free trial does not require a payment method. When the trial ends, your account automatically returns to the free Scout tier. You will not be charged unless you separately purchase a Sanctuary subscription.

If Apple or Google offers a trial or introductory offer for a subscription purchased in a native app, that offer is provided and billed by the store under the store's terms: it converts to a paid subscription automatically when the offer period ends unless you cancel in the store's subscription settings before it ends. The 7-day free trial described above is Camfront's own offer and does not require a payment method.

4.3 Paid Subscriptions

This section applies to Sanctuary subscriptions purchased through our website. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Section 4.6.

Sanctuary subscriptions are billed in advance at the monthly or annual rate displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the applicable billing frequency.

Automatic Renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive monthly or annual billing periods unless canceled before the next renewal date. The applicable subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Cancellation. You may cancel your website subscription at any time by signing into your Camfront account, selecting "Manage Plan," and following the cancellation instructions in the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to your paid subscription features through that period.

Refunds. If you request a refund within seven (7) days after your first subscription payment, Camfront will refund that payment in full. Refund requests must be submitted to support@usecamfront.com. Renewal payments are nonrefundable, and partial billing periods are not eligible for prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Pricing Changes. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated as described in Section 4.1 and will apply only to subsequent renewal periods, subject to applicable law.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. This section applies to purchases made on our website; purchases made in the native apps are processed by Apple or Google under Section 4.6.

4.5 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

4.6 Subscriptions Purchased in the Mobile Apps

• If you purchase a Sanctuary subscription inside the Camfront app for iOS or Android, your payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your device — not by Camfront or Stripe. The store's terms govern that purchase.
• Store subscriptions automatically renew at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. You cancel in the store's subscription settings, not in Camfront: on iOS, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
• Refunds for store purchases are governed by Apple or Google's own refund policies and are requested through the store. Camfront cannot issue refunds for purchases the store billed.
• Deleting your Camfront account does not cancel a store subscription, because the store bills it. Cancel in your store's subscription settings too, or you may keep being charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or launching denial-of-service attacks.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except as permitted through any published API.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to stalk, harass, or harm any person or animal in violation of wildlife laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means the photos, hunt logs, stand locations, notes, and other material you upload or enter into the Service.

• You retain ownership of Your Content.
• By uploading Your Content, you grant Camfront a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service — including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate your Hunt Read forecasts.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• We may remove Your Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Camfront Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos (including the Camfront badge), the tagline "Never Waste A Sit," and the "Camfront Intelligence" name and branding, is owned by Camfront LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in our intellectual property are granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Camfront provides hunting forecasts, stand rankings, and recommendations, including Hunt Read and its Sit / Maybe / Pass designations, using weather information, historical patterns, user-submitted data, and automated or AI-powered analysis.

These recommendations are estimates provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are not guarantees of hunting success, animal activity, favorable weather, or safe or lawful hunting conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Forecasts and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or affected by errors in weather data, third-party information, automated analysis, or information you provide.
• A Sit recommendation or suggested hunting time does not mean that a location is physically safe, legally accessible, or appropriate for hunting under current conditions.
• Camfront does not independently verify the safety, accessibility, ownership, or legal status of any location you save or use.
• You are responsible for independently evaluating weather conditions, terrain, equipment, property access, applicable hunting laws, and other circumstances before making any hunting-related decision.
• You should not rely exclusively on Camfront or its recommendations when making decisions that could affect your safety or the safety of others.

Camfront makes no warranty that any AI-generated content, forecast, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Additional hunting safety requirements and disclaimers are provided in Section 9.

9. Hunting Safety and Legal Compliance Disclaimer

Hunting involves inherent risks, including serious bodily injury, death, property damage, and potential violations of applicable laws. Camfront is a planning and informational tool only and does not replace your independent judgment, experience, or responsibility to hunt safely and legally.

No Safety Inspection or Verification. Camfront does not inspect, maintain, evaluate, or verify hunting stands, blinds, trees, terrain, firearms, archery equipment, or other hunting locations or equipment. A Hunt Read recommendation does not constitute a determination that any location, structure, equipment, or weather condition is safe.

Property Access and Boundaries. Camfront does not verify landownership, property boundaries, hunting permissions, or lawful access to any location. Map markers and saved locations are approximate and are not legal property descriptions. You are solely responsible for confirming property boundaries, obtaining required landowner permission, and ensuring that you have the legal right to access and hunt any location.

Land Information Shown in the Service. Camfront displays land information from public sources, including public-land boundaries published by the U.S. Geological Survey and, in Wisconsin, parcel boundaries and ownership details drawn from statewide parcel records based on county tax records. This information is provided for general guidance only. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and the boundaries shown are not surveyed lines or legal property descriptions. Ownership details are reproduced from public records as published by the source. Land shown as public, and any access description shown with it, does not grant or confirm a right to enter or hunt that land. Access rules are set by the land's manager and by law, and the Property Access and Boundaries terms above apply to all land information shown in the Service.

Hunting Safety. You are responsible for complying with all applicable safety precautions, including:

• Using appropriate fall protection, including a properly fitted full-body safety harness and continuous attachment when using an elevated tree stand.
• Inspecting and evaluating hunting stands, climbing equipment, terrain, and other equipment before use.
• Following applicable firearm and archery safety practices, including positively identifying your target and what lies beyond it.
• Independently checking current weather conditions, emergency alerts, and other environmental hazards before and during hunting activities.
• Following all applicable federal, state, and local hunting laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, seasons, bag limits, and hunter-orange requirements.

Acknowledgment of Risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge that hunting and related outdoor activities involve risks that may not be identified or predicted by Camfront, including falls, equipment failures, adverse weather, firearm or archery accidents, and hazardous terrain. You are responsible for evaluating and accepting the risks associated with your own hunting activities and decisions.

Limitation. Camfront does not control your hunting activities or decisions and does not guarantee your safety or compliance with applicable law. Any limitation of Camfront's liability is subject to Section 12 and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including:

• xAI — powers AI-generated Hunt Read content. Data you submit for AI reads is transmitted to xAI's API and processed subject to xAI's terms and policies.
• Stripe, Inc. — processes subscription payments.
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC — process payments for subscriptions purchased in the native iOS and Android apps, under Sections 4.2 and 4.6.
• Open-Meteo — provides weather data used in Hunt Read forecasts. Saved location coordinates are sent to fetch the forecast for those locations.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts the Service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services through the Service may be subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY FORECASTS OR CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMFRONT LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMFRONT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CAMFRONT FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY ARISING FROM FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS CONDUCT, OR OTHER CLAIM TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION OR OTHER LAWS. IF ANY LIMITATION IS HELD UNENFORCEABLE, IT WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT AFFECTING THE REMAINDER OF THESE TERMS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camfront LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Your trespassing, unauthorized use of private property, or other unlawful hunting activities;
• Your infringement or violation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights through content you upload or submit to the Service; or
• Your negligent, reckless, or intentional misconduct in connection with your use of the Service.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Camfront's own negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable law, or where indemnification is otherwise prohibited by law.

14. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google (see Section 4.6).
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will handle Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camfront regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices. We may send notices to the email address associated with your account.
• Apple App Store Terms. If you download or access Camfront through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
  • Acknowledgment. These Terms are between you and Camfront LLC, not Apple Inc. Camfront is solely responsible for the application and its content.
  • License. Subject to these Terms, Camfront grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing arrangements.
  • Maintenance and Support. Camfront, not Apple, is responsible for any maintenance or support services relating to the application, to the extent required by applicable law.
  • Warranty. To the extent any warranty applies and the application fails to conform to that warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the application in accordance with its applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the application. Camfront remains responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, subject to applicable law.
  • Product Claims. Camfront, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the application fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy laws.
  • Intellectual Property Claims. If a third party claims that the application or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Camfront, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.
  • Legal Compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-Party Terms. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions when using the application.
  • Third-Party Beneficiaries. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, have the right to enforce the applicable provisions against you.
